WHAT WE PROVIDE
Cotswold Taste provides a number of services for its members.
As part of your membership fee, we will meet with you to discuss your business at an initial meeting. This will help us and you to identify specific areas of current and potential concern to you, and how we can best assist you.
Our assistance to our members and business partners typically covers the following areas:
Business Planning – helping to clarify business objectives; routes to market; possible partners; promotional strategies and opportunities; and timing activities effectively.
Market Research – survey design, testing, implementation and analysis; partner and competitor profiling; consumer trends assessment.
Public Relations – media release production and issue; identifying appropriate media outlets; monitoring coverage; media relations strategies
Negotiating discounts – on course and conference/workshop attendance; on exhibition participation and entry
Information – market round-up in our monthly e-zine, Cotswold Taste
Linking to specialist advice e.g. for heritage properties
Networking opportunities with other food and drink chain members, and supporting professionals and businesses
Identifying and negotiating opportunities to showcase Cotswold Taste members’ products at events, and advising members in advance
Arranging specific courses and workshops on relevant competence and skill areas, e.g. label design, storytelling
Working with other sector promoters to create opportunities e.g. cookbooks, craft drink producer directories
Liaison with other food and drink sector trade and professional organisations
Some of our assistance will involve referrals on to other members of Cotswold Taste or other organisations who are better placed to assist than ourselves.
While we can provide a certain amount of free assistance to our members, we will discuss prospective charges and costs with you where extensive assistance or advice is being sought.
