Cotswold Taste is a member-owned, not for profit co-operative that provides vital advice, business, marketing and promotional support to its members, food chain producers and support businesses to help their resilience and business success. 
It is able to draw upon a wealth of knowledge of land management, food and drink production, supply and retailing, and hospitality outlet management. 
It is also designating Corporate Partners, major participants in the food and drink chain, who can help Cotswold Taste to secure market presence and achieve its objectives more rapidly, and whose own businesses and activities can benefit from association with Cotswold Taste and its values. 


Cotswold Taste has a Board of four highly qualified individuals with wide-ranging experience in business operations and start-ups, the food and drink sectors, business training and consultancy, funding and management, and marketing, promotion and events. 


Nicholas brings a wealth of experience in the business sector.  
He lives in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, is a Director of Three Counties Food & Drink Co Ltd, and is also the Business Development Director of The Brilliant Beer Company.  
His career has spanned 4 decades in both the UK and North America, encompassing the housing and property sectors; heritage and archaeology; food and drink; and Parliamentary relations.  
He describes himself simply as a ‘market maker’. 


Chris is an experienced Marketing Consultant who runs his own specialist company Charismatic Marketing, and lives in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. 
A world-class fisherman, he is a regularly contributor to several magazines, in particular the international trade magazine ‘Tackle Trade World’, and is also the Editor of CAMRA Gloucestershire’s magazine ‘The Tippler’. 


After an extensive career in the commercial and public catering sector, ranging from Operations Manager at London Heathrow’s Terminal and at Windsor and Ascot racecourses, to auditing and operating in the public house sector. 
Kevin has worked for numerous, now well-established, regional brand names and is now a Director of Legion Beer Company. 
Kevin lives in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. 


After a career as a Local Government Environmental Health Officer in the Commercial Services department (covering Food Safety and Health and Safety), Karen is now working with local SMEs to ensure they get food safety and health and safety right from the start of their business, and beyond.  
She has experience in hospital microbiology, quality control in the food industry, and is now also working with Worcestershire Food and Drink. 
Karen is passionate about local food and connecting businesses who can help each other.
